Computer Internet Access 20% Faster !!!!!

this is only suitable for WindowXP, becoz WindowXp will "Secretly" limit the internet connection. the way to SETTLE it :-

go to START -> RUN -> type gpedit.msc -> Group Policy [Appear] ->Administrative Templetes -> Network -> Qos Packet Scheduler -> Limit reservable bandwidth -> change it to ENABLED and the 20% change to 0% ...
